HFM 11.1.2.2 Driver and ODI 11.1.1.7 on Windows 2008R2
Installing the HFM 11.1.2.2 Driver for ODI 11.1.1.7 on Windows 2008R2 (64bit)
Download the Oracle Data Integrator Companion from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/data-integrator/downloads/index.html.
Extract the files and browse to the \sdk\oracledi-sdk.zip\oracledi.sdk\lib directory in the downloaded zip file. Rename the files listed in the “Rename” section in the two directories below, and then copy the files in the “Copy” section to the same two directories.
ODI Agent:
- E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_ODI1\oracledi\client\jdev\extensions\oracle.odi.navigator\lib
- E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_ODI1\oracledi\agent\drivers
Local ODI Console (ODI 11g Studio):
- E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_ODI1\oracledi.sdk\lib
Rename the following files in the above directories:
- HFMDriver.dll -> HFMDriver.dll.orig
- odi_hfm.jar -> odi_hfm.jar.orig
Copy these files to the above directories:
- HFMDriver64_11.1.2.2.dll -> Rename to HFMDriver.dll
- odi_hfm.jar (copy to E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_ODI1\oracledi.sdk\lib after stopping agent)
*The configuration is easier if you also copy the HFMDriver.dll file the %windir%\system32 directory.
Update the Environment Variables to include the ODI SDK directories by executing the following at the command prompt:
setx PATH “%PATH%;E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_ODI1\oracledi.sdk\lib” /M
